In 2003, the Solothurn Museum of Art dedicated a large exhibition to Ian Anüll (*1948). While paintings, objects and installations were on display at that time, the artist is now being presented with works on paper in the Graphic Cabinet. The artist's work is characterised by both poetic lightness and a perceptible emphasis on content. In a wide selection of exhibits from various creative phases from the 1970s to the present day, it becomes clear how humorous and profound his works are.
